Required Attire:

• Pre-Primary: Pink leotard, Pink ballet tights, Pink ballet skirt, Ballet shoes, Hair in bun

• Primary: Blue leotard, Pink ballet tights, Blue ballet skirt, Ballet shoes, Hair in bun

• Level 1: Purple leotard, Pink ballet tights, Purple ballet skirt, Ballet shoes, Hair in bun

• Level 2: Black leotard, Pink ballet tights, Black ballet skirt, Ballet shoes, Hair in bun

We understand that schedules can change. To maintain class quality and respect our instructors' time:

• Students who miss class without notice will not be eligible for makeup classes

• Please notify us at least 6 hours before class if your child cannot attend

• Three makeup classes per term are allowed with advance notice

• ILLNESS & ABSENCES

For an absence due to illness, CPAD NYC must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
A valid doctor’s note or medical documentation is REQUIRED in order to receive a make-up class for an illness-related absence. Without appropriate medical documentation, CPAD NYC is unable to provide a make-up class, credit, refund, or tuition adjustment.
Same-day illness notifications, late cancellations, and no-shows do not qualify for a make-up unless CPAD NYC determines that a documented medical emergency warrants an exception.

 

• MAKE-UP CLASSES

Students may receive up to three (3) make-up classes per semester for qualifying, documented illness or other approved excused absences, subject to class availability and CPAD NYC approval.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of CPAD NYC. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.
Make-up classes must be taken during the same semester. They cannot be carried over to a future semester, transferred to another student, or rescheduled if the student misses the make-up class.

• EMERGENCIES

Medical or family emergencies may be reviewed case-by-case at the sole discretion of CPAD NYC. Appropriate documentation may be required. Any exception granted by CPAD NYC does not establish a precedent or obligation to grant future exceptions.

• NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tuition, registration fees, and class payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed classes do not qualify for refunds, credits, prorated tuition, tuition adjustments, or extensions, regardless of the reason for the absence.
